We want you to be happy with your purchase. All products are covered under this policy unless otherwise stated.
2. Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product:
- Is defective
- Is damaged during shipping
- Is materially different from the listing
To request a refund or return, contact customer support with:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Description of the problem
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Products with broken seals (if applicable)
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds go to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange
If you want an exchange (same value item), we will process after receiving the returned product.
6. Replacement
For defective items, we may replace without requiring a return.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
- Once shipped, standard return process applies.
